Buffet Restaurant
The proposal includes the design and construction of a Buffet restaurant with a capacity for 420 people.
It's located on the top floor of an existing building and it's divided in 3 zones, one indoor and two outdoors with panoramic views towards the beautiful landscape views and the West Pool.
The indoor area is organized around the buffet service and 3 offices for staff are available.
Vegetation makes separators between tables to create more privacy and give the space a warmer air.
The outdoor area is covered with a large pergola that provides shade and comfort.
