Housing refurbishment in a listed building on Pere IV Street, Barcelona. Preliminary study
The project aims to refurbish the housing units (flats) on the upper floors of a building listed as Poblenou's historic heritage, recovering the original style of the indoor spaces and replacing damaged finishes with materials of a similar appearance, characteristic of the time of construction.
The apartments are small, loft or studio type, with only one room. The preliminary study includes options for finishes, furniture and decorative elements.
