Rehabilitation of a Building in Barcelona
The origin of this project is the official report of the architect that points out several constructive faults in the building.
Several pathologies produced by construction mistakes were detect, some of those problems were related to broken water pipes and roof cover fissures.
The projected solution tries to increase the civic use of the garden, increasing the play areas and giving more continuity to the floor design. We try to create a singular atmosphere, integrating the garden and the vegetation in the proposal.
The selected materials are especially resistant to the aggressive atmosphere were this project will be done.
