The object of the study is an office space that occupies 2 floors of a building initially residential and currently with mixed uses, in a central area of Barcelona. The intention is to recover the residential use by dividing the 824m2 space into 4 apartments (2 per floor).
The study includes an interior distribution proposal, market analysis and technical report with the economic evaluation of the change of use (recovery of the initial use of the space).
