The project is defined by the existing building of the university Rovira i Virgili, the same building extension, buildings of house with access from the avenue Rovira i Virgili, the variant of the A-7 highway, a street of new construction that will be the access to parking projected.
A surface parking must be free of obstacles thus projects an orthogonal plot and superposed to the alignment of the parking spaces. This is made up by vegetation modules, different types from trees, and sport modules that are a series of sports tracks that give service to the new university. Thus the project combines different uses generating a greater activity.
