Study for an underground parking. Navas Square, Barcelona

The building is projected as an underground piece of regular geometry, with an oblique side which adapts to the geometry of the Navas Square and Olivera road.

The future parking will have capacity for 240 cars, from which 5 of them will be destined for disabled people. There will be space as well for 82 motorcycles and 10m2 per floor for bicycles.

The project has 3 underground floors that structure themselves in 6 half floors, with the aim to optimized space and fitting better with the plot geometry. The minimum height will be 2.35mts per floor, except in the central spaces, where the height increases to 2.45mts.
